A paint feeding system is the most vital system within a painting plant.
Approaching the implementation from our customer's point of view, we provide
the most suitable systems (centralized paint quality control, rationalization of
paint composition works and supply works, response to organic solvent
regulations, energy-saving measures with electric pumps, etc.)
Robot
Utilizing simulations with CAD, the design of a robot paint system seeks the
most efficient painting procedure within a time frame for painting and
determines the optimal number of required robots. LAB TEST is possible through
CAD data in connection with ZAMA Technology Center. The high viscosity painting
system minimizes paint consumption and reduces the number of robots

Unique systems (mono-truck, etc.) are available with overhead conveyers
for pretreatment and electrodepositing lines as well as floor conveyers for
intermediate coat and top coat lines.In addition, a broad range of our conveyor
systems have been introduced such as the pendulum type, the flexible type
(E-DIP®), and conveyor systems for bumpers.
